Preorders are up for the Wave 3 Vehicles: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/268377?o=1
I went in on them; they look really cool and fun.
You said it. My sociology major taught me how to interpret data and that's pretty much all that I use it for. I mean, I like sociology, I just don't use most of what I learned in my 9-to-5 gig.
Ultra Magnus was the best leader. He was not prepared, not groomed for it, and had leadership thrust upon him. He took on the role anyway and did a great job (until he was drawn and quartered). But still, I admire the guy for stepping up and [briefly] taking command.
I just don't really care about the 5 pack. I've already got most of the figures from the first go-around and honestly, I'm kind of over Hound now. I've got the WFC Stege release and while it's not my ideal version, it's good enough. I would like the earth mode (or would have liked it, were it...
Backed it. I love what they're doing with Super Fire Convoy and do not want to pass up the opportunity to get him. Magnus and Bluebolts will likely remain in the box but good god, will I play with Convoy.
SS86 Swoop and the ever-elusive Hound will be available as an exclusive Jiffy Lube two-pack. The preorders will first go live on Pulse at precisely 3:12pm on a random Wednesday, and will stay open for 4 minutes (or until they sell out; whichever comes first). The comic decos of each will...
That Sandstorm looks very good in all 3 modes! The Marvel stuff is cool I guess, but the changes aren't enough for me to double dip on either character. I feel like they're wringing all they can out of that Siege Shockwave, so there will probably be an all-new mold in the next couple of years.
I'm still good with the LG Super Ginrai and Godbomber combo, honestly. They can be a bit wonky, and the transformation is kinda "eh", but both still do a great job of representing who they are supposed to represent, in a still-modern-enough-for-me way.
They could just do a nice nod to Generations 2.0 Galvatron by designing the RID version first as a Haslab entry, scrapping it, and then doing a mass-market release that still has weird, "path not taken" elements all over it.
At the top of my list would be a G1 Ark playset. I do like the Kingdom Ark toy alright, but would welcome something slightly larger, that did not also need to have a robot mode.
Along the lines of the original Millennium Falcon, it could have removeable (or opening) panels that would reveal...
Yes! Although I would settle for a Leader Class version, if he was designed as G2 Megs first. This whole, "let's just paint regular, cannon-on-arm Megatron camo and call it a day" needs to stop! But yeah, I would love to see what the team could do with a true G2 Megatron at the Commander level.
