Where did they ever tell a "Siege" story that didn't have Bumblebee in it?
While I don't like they do this either, Hasbro actually uses the words "inspired by" to mean "exactly accurate to" so often I'm not sure they know that isn't what it means.

Not legally, since we do have separation of church and state. And there was a big court case in 2005 that ruled that "intelligent design" was still creationism.
They're both Cheetor and the second one is almost certainly closer to what he looks like in the movie.
The (non-Studio Series) Rise of the Beasts line appears to be based on earlier designs.

I understand why both are changed, but I don't agree with "no different".
One of those words is still derogatory (and considered offensive by some) even in the meaning Hasbro intended, just far less so than the British-specific meaning.
Incidentally, "slag" (unrelated to the English word)...
