I believe so. With "SirToys" himself moving out of China, though, I believe this is now the only service that is available on the site. I think (and this is all just my completely non-expert and non-involved understanding of the situation from what I've read on his page and discussion on TFW)...
He's basically turned the shop into a system by which people from outside China can connect to someone inside China to pick up specific toys for them for a set price, or at least that is my understanding of the new setup.
I actually AM glad, though, that they replaced that brown from the packaging images with the gunmetal color. It's still less interesting than ACTUAL colors, but that brown was worse yet.
Brawn looks pretty good. I haven't been upgrading my Titan's Return era Legends scale minibots with the new Deluxes other than Bumblebee/Cliffjumper, so I probably am going to skip this one, too. I do love the "G1 Toy Accurate Go-Go-Gadget Legs."
Quick note, Amazon currently has the prices reversed, so they have the Voyager Megatron/Ratbat 2-Pack listed for $55. They'll probably correct it soon, but they're usually good about honoring mispriced listings.

If so, that would be another great toy from this line.
That's a good looking set. Probably going to spring for it. I'm curious what all else will be in this line. Hopefully that's what they're revealing during the livestream tomorrow.
Not that I hadn't seen the Original Series / films here and there when I was a kid, but TNG was definitely "MY" Stark Trek. I grew up watching it weekly on broadcast TV and loving it, so the Enterprise-D wins in the nostalgia department, but I do have to admit that the original is just an...
That's interesting. I wasn't really following Cybertron news at the time, so I guess I always just assumed that the toy came AFTER that development on the show. I can see why people wouldn't have wanted what looked to just be a large and wildly out-of-scale figure of a popular character (which...
That's true, now that you say that. It's the only reason I own one. I hadn't been watching Cybertron, but I kept an eye out for good looking toys that integrated well with the Classics. When Supreme Starscream went on deep clearance at K-Mart, I picked one up to represent Underbase-powered...
