Yea. Nintendo is still Nintendo(for all the good and bad that is) and dos its own thing with a library different than what you see on the other two consoles.(outside of a lot of the same indie games, of course)

A social media company founded by a conman attracts a bunch of people who are easy to scam? Sounds like it's probably working as expected.
Blink IS technically open source. It would be possible to fork it and strip out all the telemetry. Problem is all the browsers that use it just turn around and add their own telemetry to their modified code.
The Blink engine, is a good one, but we shouldn't be reliant on a single engine for most of the available browsers, especially considering who controls said engine. Of course oddly enough, Chrome wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for Safari and Safari wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for KDE...
Some company called Coleco Holdings apparently snapped up all the Coleco video game IPs. Company seems a little shady, they were involved with the whole Coleco Chameleon vaporware thing several years ago(granted, they blamed their manufacturing partner in the whole affair)
More accurately 'company that bought he Atari brand from it's previous owner buys the IP of Atari's former rival from the current owner of said ip'. Both original companies have been long gone for decades.

I think the issue was they were getting so many arbitration requests that it was impacting their business. Probably figured it was easier just to get a judge to call the cases meritless and get them thrown out of court
It's a bit more complicated than that. A lot of asylums were using dubious techniques that were doing more harm than good, resulting in a backlash against them which didn't exactly help them get extra funding and ended up getting not only the bad ones shut down but many of the good ones as...
Nintendo makes great games, but on the business side of things they are HORRIBLY anti-competitive an litigious. Have been for decades. It's not the first time they've used their patent portfolio and a bludgeon and likely won't be their last. This is the company that patented Dr Mario's...
Similar default shortcut for KDE Plasma is Windows-w(it also defaults to being triggered by moving the mouse to the top-left of the screen, but I hate that, so I turn it off).
