If for no other reason than to have a Reverse Convoy alternate tooling waiting in the wings, yes! As it is, there's at least 3 alternate decos without any retooling, and it's a pretty solid design that ought to be revisited some time.

IMO, the TV series was better than the OVA/movies, so that is definitely the more desirable version to me! And it comes with the command car! Congrats on the nice find! (As an aside, the Patlabor series is one of the ones I would love to get the full cast made in 3-3/4" action figure form...)

Nice! I'd like to get a good Alphonse some day, and maybe even Ota's unit 02. Unfortunately, most of the figures out there are from the movies, and I'd rather have the TV series versions. Although, it looks like yours is the TV deco, so I am definitely jealous!
