Medicine and engineering go hand-in-hand for transformers.
Wheeljack was basically the other medic for S1 and that chunk of S2 before the new toys show up. Grapple and Hoist too.
Quintus is probably the most medicy as he actually creates life, followed by Solus who builds stuff.
Also, like, making an action figure and making a transforming action figure are two different things.
Hasbro still has the "it has to transform" mindset for their mainline stuff, relegating the non-transforming merchandise to licensees for the most part.
There's nothing saying next year's titan size is permanent. It's a single-item sizeclass, they can make it whatever they want each year.
That said, if they wanted a Primus even remotely close to the size of Haslab unicron, it'd probably be a $700+ Haslab and I doubt they're going to do that.

I consider myself extremely into Transformers and I'm still constantly finding out about stuff I've never heard of. Especially in the realm of stuff that hasn't been made available in English.
Where would they even acknowledge that if they wanted to? There's no more toy fiction tie-in and we don't even get two line character blurbs on the website anymore.
I prefer Optimus to have been a shlubby little worker bot who got elevated to Prime by either happenstance or quality of his character, or both.
But, like, every continuity is different, especially the modern toyline which has no real accompanying fiction, just some ad copy and BTS stuff. Star...
