It’s almost like a cruel joke. Although season two has already been announced so here’s hoping they make another Mega Man episode.

Anyways…. I like what I’ve seen so far. My hope is that it does all it sets out to do to kick off the new DCCU(?) and manages to have some fun along the way.

I think it’s mostly due to RNG. Your progress doesn’t affect your chances as much as the game makes you think it does. I think I’ve heard the same thing as you, where you technically don’t need to defeat any mavericks just keep exiting and resetting until you get it.

It’s mostly all downhill from here.

I didn’t see any deep spoilers but to sum it up, the series is pretty mediocre with the Mega Man segment being one of the few bright spots. I’ll still check it out, but now it just seems like a teaser for a mega man show that will never be.

Well they had to give the B-Team something to do on earth. Now that you mention it, they didn’t spend too much time hand wringing about interfering with the past. It’s was more “we have to ensure the warp flight happens no matter what”. Everything else was secondary.

I’m getting the feeling that this will be a “slice of life” in the (early) life of Rock and not a glimpse into the wider world. I do like what they’ve shown so far, and I hope we see more robot masters. Basically, I want this to be good. Is that too much to ask?

I don’t collect much anymore but whenever the opportunity presents itself (and I happen to have disposable income) I’ll take it. Got this guy today and am very impressed. He’ll be on permanent display whenever I can find a spot.

Worf in VI was supposed to be an ancestor, but I think he was there just as a wink to the audience and to connect it with TNG, which would’ve been the current show at the time. I’m curious if you caught any of the TNG sets that were reused for this movie. (Eg. the presidents office is clearly...

Just a friendly warning, 5 is gonna be a rough watch. There are some good character moments between Kirk Spock and McCoy but that’s about it.

As well, it will deal with the fallout of their defying orders. Without spoiling too much, I think I can say that when we first see the crew in IV, they’re still on Vulcan figuring out their next move.

My mistake, mine aren’t Tamiya after all. I definitely don’t remember spending that much on snips. The ones linked from Amazon look like they’d work. All the more so if you’re not planning on building a ton. Just be aware that it can get addictive

Tamiya snips are pretty good for the price. If you’re close to one, Hobby and Toy Central is a good place to start.

I’m watching the original series for the first time. Is the virus that Sinister infects Nathan with meant to be the same as the plague that Apocalypse created in S2?

Yeah, I had to take a break at one point and come back to it. Hopefully there aren’t too many more rounds of it tied to this particular side quest.
