What figures do you deem the best of this year?

I would say for me:

Studio series 86: Hot Rod & Gnaw
SG: Jetfire
Buzzworthy BB: Origins

Others/honourable mentions:

[Powered Convoy]

Masterpiece Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp (most people will have him in 2022 but if the other two are any indication)
S86 Slag
S86 Scourge / Sweep
Kingdom Cyclonus
Generations Selects Abominus
Generations Selects Black Zarak (if we get him this year)
Kingdom Huffer, Pipes, Golden Disc Puffer, Road Ranger
S86 Wreck-Gar
Studio Thrust

I think it was the Leader class figures that impressed me most this year:

SS Grimlock and Slag
Kingdom Galvatron

Cyclonus, Wreck-Gar and Hot Rod were the standouts in Voyager class. Hot Rod in particular may have one of the most enjoyable robot modes of the past couple of years.

In terms of Deluxes, well, I found that they were mostly disappointing, primarily in the QC department (Tracks, Huffer, Netflix Bee, SS86 Jazz/Jackpot). Kingdom Sideswipe and Mirage were solid, at least.

Unfortunately, since I was trying to cut back spending this year, I didn't partake in the Beast Wars, Fossilizers or the Core and Titan classes, so there could have been a lot of goodness that I missed out on...

Studio Grimlock. Hands down.

He's huge! He scales with the Siege/Earthrise/Kingdom lines.

His transformation is a glorious callback to the 1980s version. The "handfeel" here is amazing.

I told myself I wasn't going to grab these guys. I ended up getting Grimlock, and then selling off my POTP figures; these are my new default versions of the characters.

Wait, you had problems with Netflix Bee? or Huffer?

My standouts were largely the same, Dinobot, Sunstreaker/Kingdom Sideswipe, Rodimus Prime, Galvatron, Cyclonus, Scourge/Sweeps, Grimlock and Slag. But also, almost every Beast Wars figure (barring Rhinox to some degree, he was okay, but not a knockout hit).

Ark was good, but some issues with his design made him just short of great (especially the ratchet teeth in his shoulders, had to take his arms apart and clip/file them down).

Honestly the only one from the Kingdom line I really had any trouble with design-wise was Tracks. The leg assembly is just awful. And yeah, both of his modes look okay from an angle, and his car mode is pretty nice, but the journey to get from one to another was just... bad.

Overall though, a solid time for the figures in my book.

Kingdom Cyclonus, hands down. He has a flawless transition from one complete mode to the other without a bunch of empty gaps or panels.

Glad to see you got the non-GPS verson of Torca, ha ha. I had that one, and... things went south for the poor Maximal general.

Wait, you had problems with Netflix Bee? or Huffer?

Huffer has that whole banana shape thing going that just frustrates me a LOT, plus I just didn't find the transformation that enjoyable.

After missing the "blink and you'll miss it" distribution of Netflix wave two, I had Bee shipped to me from the States. I split his windshield on the first transformation. I had to sand down some of the various clear plastic bits so it wouldn't get worse. The whole saga was just kinda heartbreaking because I was so excited for this take on Bumblebee.
