Remember the thrill of watching cartoons after school and Saturday mornings, and when they went to commercials, you'd see an exciting new commercial for your favorite toy line -- or maybe a toy line you were less interested in, but hey, the commercial itself was still pretty cool?
Those feel like the product of a bygone era, but Hasbro decided to bring back that feeling on Facebook with a retro-styled toy commercial for their modern-styled G.I. Joe Classified Series toy line, complete with the original theme song!
But don't take my word for it; have a gander for yourself!
Now, so long as we're on the subject, how about we bring back those Transformers commercials narrated by Peter Cullen and Frank Welker that gave each new character or team their own theme song? (New animated portions wouldn't be a bad thing, either.)
