Gencon Transformers/ Joe/ Power Rangers Crossover

Got an email from Renegade Games (folks behind the Transformers and other licensed Table Top RPGs) about their events at Gencon this year:

"Our presence at Gen Con this year is the biggest it's been to date! We've got bunch of key events running for our G.I. JOE, Transformers, and Power Rangers games:

1. Deck-Building Game Learn to Play Events!
2. Deck-Building Game Leagues!
3. Roleplaying Game Ticketed Sessions!
4. Worlds Collide: Battle for the Multiverse Special Event! (See a preview of the battlefield below!)"

So Scarlett, Optimus and a Red Ranger vs Shockwave, Lord Zed and sundry.

Would love to check that out.

Am I the only one thinking it's a bit odd to have Shockwave's body in gun mode on the left side of the picture while his disembodied heat is at the top of whatever that structure is?

Think of the head as just the top of Shockwave's Tower instead of he himself.

I completely missed that.

I was wondering why there wasn't a Joe villain visible as Shockwave and Zedd, but I dismissed it as some evil Zordon variant I didn't know about.

It's funny how, to this day, the Power Rangers TV series has never dabbled in the concept of an evil Zordon-like villain.

I can't speak for the comics, though.
