Jonathan is me. I don't know Kevin. Sometimes I think about making a last comment "What kind of person did you want to become?"

I'm of the mind that anyone who claims to want a meritocracy should be FOR a 100% inheritance tax, TBH. Funny that pretty much NONE of those that spout meritocracy as buzzword agree.

The inheritance tax only affects estates worth over $14 million, which means almost no ordinary Americans will ever pay it. Does Mr. Massengill really believe that billionaires' children should inherit everything tax-free while the rest of us still pay income and sales taxes?

This is why I think the easiest way to win an election is to propose to eliminate all income taxes for people making under $80K or so. Most people in that bracket would jump at the chance, and even the others would have to think long and hard about whether they really want to give that up for someone a hundred times richer than them.

Yes. He isn't greedy like you and me.

I want to hear more about that next bracket first.

Yeah, there's no point to engagement in these memes. They're far too excited about their own cleverness to accept any real argument, even if it makes total sense.
I wouldn't suggest unfriending, but I'd absolutely make judicious use of the mute button.

Personally, I've just cut a lot of people off my facebook. I'm over arguing with fascists who refuse to get a clue.

Are you sure the people you're arguing with are even real, and not bots? The first reply seemed to be unclear on who "she" even is, and responded as if you were talking about Kamala Harris somehow.

Most of social media is bots. News organizations didn't start putting (and that's a good thing!) or (and that's a bad thing!) in their headlines because they're afraid you might form the wrong opinion, although they are. It's to let their bots know how to pretend to feel, because they don't actually feel anything. They're still just glorified chatbots responding to keywords. They cannot handle implications, insinuations, or subtext. An unstated point will drive them insane very quickly.

That first bot got tripped up because it cannot read the text on the image, and even if it could (they are being trained for that) it could not connect "she" to "daughter" because the connection wasn't stated.
