After Wizards failed so hard to give any support to the last card game, giving it no chance of actually catching on, I hope not.
The last thing Hasbro's going to do right now is diversify their card offerings any more.

Diaclone actually seems to be pretty healthy. Their new stuff is too rich for my blood, but looks absolutely amazing.
I'm intrigued by the news on the front page. Cheap, fidgety. I look forward to seeing them in stores.

Yeah I was intrigued at first, but this isn't for me.
I may still give a couple a shot.. but the heads really do nothing in their favor.

These seem like a neat novelty, but I agree that the art style is not selling them. Seems to be similar to their face switching Mighty Muggs from a few years back, which I also had zero interest in as a result of the look.
The "sticker face on a cylinder" approach to the heads in general takes away from it. Even some Kre-O style flat faces with differing helmet pieces could have been better, since they're already reusing the body molds to the hilt.
I will say I kinda dig what I see from the card back that shows Bumblebee (who's packaged with Hot Rod) in "rear end of the horse costume" mode -- the back half of the Hot Rod altmode in inverted yellow-with-red. Now I want to see a full mainline Hot Rod in those Professor Zoom colors.
