Looks like the WB saw Nickelodeon trying for a Smash Brothers and decided to enter the ring themselves.

Gotta admit, Ultra Instinct Shaggy and voice acting has my attension.

Wait, did the screen at 0:11 say free to play?

So, it's going to be like Brawlhala, with microtransactions and events.

I did not recognize the swordswoman in blue at all, so seeing that her player was named GirlWithNoName felt like a deliberate troll. In my defense, I've watched exactly zero episodes of Game of Thrones and everyone else is from a cartoon.

... Was there a GoT cartoon at some point? Because Arya had a really good toon design.

This could prove to be really smart.

Nick didn't live up to the hype for very long, if at all, and I imagine people are deterred from putting down full retail for it. But if it was F2P? I'd be on it, and buying Garfield when/if they add him.

And this looks better, just by virtue of the voice acting alone.

When you look at the sheer number of characters WB has to pull from, going the F2P with DLC route really makes sense. the Looney Toons roster alone is enough for a HUGE platform fighter game. This is gonna end up being nuts, if its successful. In a few years we could end up having the Cowardly Lion fighting a Joust knight.
