Hey everyone! First posting again since the forum rebuilt. Wanted to display some of my collection here. This is a current shot of my items but some of them I've customized or done a custom paint job.

I'd rate the Kingdom figures as fairly well despite lack of proper paint jobs and added holes in them. I opted to go for the best rendition of each version rather than all Kingdom or another line. I'll post my original collection after I dig up the photos.

Okay so found them a little quicker and this is a portion of my OG figures but here's what I had pre-move in 2019.
Before this, I also had BW Armordillo which was cool, the BW 1997 Grimlock, G1 Soundwave, G1 & G2 Optimus Prime, TM Primal, BW Primal, BW Megatron, BW Inferno, BW Snarl, TM2 Cheetor, TM2 Dinobot, T30 Dinobot, T30 Cheetor (I Think? Previous crap Cheetor we got), TM Scavenger, TM2 Megatron, Machine Wars Starscream, Machine Wars Megatron, Machine Wars Soundwave, BW Tripredacus, and I cannot recall any others presently.

Latest display update with some new figures. I plan to repaint Terrorsaur, Galvatron and Shockwave here.

Currently working on my Terrorsaur from WFC. Still a bit to repaint but it's coming along.

Long story short, I am working on a DOFP Pre-Beast, BW Megatron. Without the armor. I am using WFC Galvatron for the base, a T-Wrecks Robot Head (On the way), and Legends CW Shockwave for the cannon/gun.

So I cut the tab off of the Shockwave handle since it had two and made this fit in Galvatron's hand and the slot on his back.

I was toying with two different versions on the alt mode. I like the first one but the arms don't work in this mode. I might try to pull the arms back toward the cannon to see if it will work for both versions and see what fits best.

As for the treads, it's a one sided pin and have no idea how to get it out without damaging parts of that and the figure. Same for the shoulder mounts that I'd like to replace with shoulder pads. But it appears the black blocks on his shoulders support the transformation ability for the swivel.

Only thing that is "parts forming" is the cannon itself but the rest is native to Galvatron.

The head will get swapped out once I get it. Still waiting on the head but otherwise I am going to begin tearing this apart soon for paint prep work and removing the treads, the shoulder elements, the head and replacing the cover for the chest with a 3D printed one like the character. The chest plate is two pieces from the looks of the inside portion.

So if this comes apart once I remove the double-sided hinge pin, I'll be pulling that top portion out to have it sent to a designer to rework it for the DOFP Megatron chest plate for reattachment.

But I think this will work nicely once I get the various aspects figured out and painted.

Gun/Cannon progress so far. Colored it mostly, need to finish some painting but it has the separated look for robot mode and can condense for vehicle. Got some of the details done too and will have better shots once it's done.
