I received this item last week but have decided to sell it. The figure comes with all accessories, but the box took a beating during shipping. It has never been transformed and the figure has been thoroughly inspected for any damage due to the box condition. It's crumpled in a few places and the inside plastic is as well. The figure and everything else is in perfect shape as the box is the only defect.
