Keep in mind we don't even know if that's properly transformed or is missing pieces besides the head.
I’ve long head cannoned Nova Prime into “Grand Universe Finale” Battle Corps Optimus Prime. The Combiner Wars Battle Core Optimus Prime really spoke to me, for some reason. Especially as a white-but-not-Ultra Magnus alternate color set for Optimus. The white with grey and gold just clicked for me.honestly, the yellow was kinda growing on me. I'll buy the white one... but who knows maybe they'll do a repaint
at least now I can head cannon that Nova Prime picked his colors to emulate Prima
Cybertronian aesthetic aside, something about the vehicle mode seems unfinished. Every section is a different width and nothing flows into the next area well.
I can see the “early version” angle, and it vibes as a generic G1 Cybertronian vehicle (I’m seeing some Kup influences in the vehicle mode). But I also agree with unluckiness that it doesn’t feel like a complete “thing”. Largely in the fact the geebled legs contrast against the very smooth line cabin area. Now that you mention it, I wonder if that was intentional. Like, Prima is the first Transformer, the first Cybertronian created by Primus, preceding all other Transformers yet to come. So, he's quite primitive in nature. Perhaps the aesthetic Hasbro was going for when designing his vehicle mode was a primitive design, one that's meant to look like an early unfinished prototype.
Lol no. Even if that was in mind when designing this, it'd be dumb. Primus isn't a scientist or engineer, he's a creator god.Now that you mention it, I wonder if that was intentional.
