wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.

You're collecting plastic, if you're worried about the long term: you'd be investing the money you spent on transformers into an RRSP.

Regardless: time will make fools of us all.

In fairness they seem to have gotten a handle on the yellowing issue.

It seemed to have something to due with Covid, wither the lockdown effect quality control or something; but it mostly only seems stuff that was produced during those years where we see the extreme yellowing issue. Little to nothing since Legacy started has had the same issue.

So far so good... I seem to recall hearing Shrapnel had it, but so far not much more than that (and thankfully my copy isn't as yet).

In a way it's good that it took so long to do another run of Soundwave, which hopefully won't be subject to that. Others like Origin Bee are also getting another run. I'm not super into having to rebuy things (if it were just yellowing I may be able to shrug it off, but I've seen reports of plasticizer leakage and brittleness as well), especially now, but there are some pieces that might be worth it.
