RotF Ransack is one of my favorite little guys. I would pay handsomely for a new, Deluxe or Voyager version of him*. He's a ding-dang WWI biplane that turns into an antique Seeker robo-skeleton wearing an engine as a hat! He is the best thing ever and I will hear no arguments to the contrary.

*and his Divebomb and Blue Maximus repaints for a proper Seeker attack wing

Divebomb was the Red Baron repaint, Ransack was the first release in yellow and grey. Both were amazing.

You are both right, that is the Tornado 2. Its a separate vehicle from the Tornado 1 built after the original crashed in Sonic Adventure.
