As a child growing up in the 1980s I was bound to be caught by one of the mass-marketing tie in commercials - I mean television shows - and for me, Transformers was king. Like many of us, amassing a series of plastic vehicles that somewhat looked like the cartoon to play out in real time was simply joyous, but I could never have them all and eventually parted with everything I held dear.
As an "adult" though, I can buy things that I like and last year I was bought Studio Series 86 Sludge for my birthday by my family, nostalgic because he was the sole Dinobot I had as a child. Fast forward 11 months and I'd collected the four released Dinos, and in recent weeks taken my SS86 collection to 14.
After realising that at nearly 45 I am not over my TF affliction, I felt the need to find some link-minded folks to converse with online, so here I am!
