I'm lucky that I'm still closeted and am in a safe state(for now) but I do fear for my fellow trans people who are in more dangerous situations.

As someone else pointed out in the Discord, none of those alternatives are encrypted at all and none are actually true privacy.

Had to disengage from a few trans online spaces. The doom and gloom at those places was doing a number on my mental health....
