I do hope he uses more classic villains even though his last run did introduce some good ones, he could bring Draconians, Wirn and Axons into New Who.

NPH is playing a classic villian, iirc, but we've not been told WHICH one it is. Rumors suggest the Meddling Monk.

Currently watching all missed mini series with Doctors 1 - 3 that I missed on Netflix disk rentals.

After that I'll watch all of the 4th - 8th Doctors in order. I do own Shada with the 4th Doctor.

I saw The Reign Of Terror Parts 1 - 6 and The Planet Of Giants Parts 1 - 4 (Neither mini series is on Brit Box) on DVD. I own them.

Saw The Reign Of Terror on Netflix Disk rental.

I watch Doctor Who offline VIA Amazon Prime's Brit Box feed.

Nope. I watched a lot of Doctor Who with the first 3 Doctors on Disk rentals. This month I'm finishing those mini series up on Brit Box.

Then I start the 4th - 7th Doctors. Brit Box has all 8 Doctors.

Recently I saw Doctor Who The Movie during The Doctors Revisited.

I think they meant that no one really does Netflix disk rentals anymore, at least in the US. Looks like there's a separate DVD rental plan that still exists though.

If I may ask, why not Blu-Rays, if you're gonna go physical? No player? The price is about the same, unless you're going bargain bin digging, and if you're using a subscription service, there should be no difference.

I own all of Doctor Who Generation II dating back to Rose on DVD.

Having watched all of the 2005 run I had wanted to catch up the first 7 Doctors. Saw the movie with the 8th on TV before they ran The Day Of The Doctor. The movie was part of The Doctors Revisited.

They picked one story for each Doctor.

Tom Baker was in the earlier Narnia stuff too - not the fancy later ones, but the earlier ones that aired on PBS.

Tom's Puddleglum was almost as memorable as his Doctor...

Rory was in Legends of Tomorrow, too.
