To me it looks more like one of the Predacons from TF: Prime, in particular Grimwing/Darksteel.

Those guys also looked like Cybertron Jungle Planet guys.
Maybe retools are on the way for that mold, for now, I'm passing, not really instead in these Primes outside of the Fallen, thou with that one, I hope they do a repaint into his Dreamwave colour scheme, black and orange would likely look amazing on that figure
Don’t like how brown he is. Since he’s decidedly not organic, may as well go metallic colors on him. I preferred the previous photos which were a bit more on the bronze side which I think looks way better.

Agreed, the brown is kinda a bummer. Despite being an IDW comic reader I have no real connection to the character, but the mold does look pretty awesome on its own merits. But it also looks like it would be so much more awesome with a different paint deco, so I think I'm gonna wait and hope for something colorful. G1 Predacon colors? Cybertron Scourge? Ooh, maybe Cryo Scourge blues...

Yeah, I like the look of the mold, but I'm gonna wait until I see it in person.
I kind of want to see him in the wacky RID Bruticus colors like that one Cybertron Scourge repaint.
I still don't care about the Thirteen despite Hasbro's best efforts here. But I would buy this in RID Bruticus colors.
Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind seeing it in black and orange like Cyb Scourge or RiD Predaking.
I know the anatomy is atypical and that it's supposed to be the centaur body rearing up, but it sure looks like a different additional appendage.

Got Megatronus and Blue Grimlock this morning thanks to calling around and a very helpful customer service person. (she went out of her way so I found the store manager and really talked her up before I left)
Blue Grimlock was my childhood Grimmy and the blue is just the perfect shade. Still don't care about the Wheelie, but I've got an extra one of the last standalone one that released. Can't remember which line, but he was decent. Might paint one of them up in 'Last Boy' colors.
Megatronus just looks imposing as hell. I'm redoing a shelf to really display him well. Pics later.

Holy jive, guys, the articulation on Megatronus! his shoulder can roll backwards and they can be pushed forward so he can hold weapons in both hands easily.
I cannot stress enough just how thrilled I am that he is so poseable. he was made to look good on your shelves!

Im mostly interested in an updated Big Convoy.
Saw the new waves of Deluxes and Voyagers at Walmart yesterday. Picked up Slingshot, Air Raid, and Red Alert. Still not sure if I want to take a stab at collecting the 13. 5 Combiners is hard enough at times.

I want a big Convoy but will be forever bummed by Lio Convoy’s derpiness when he stands next to him and Primal.
