I think it's rather... Brave of Hasbro to release these products, given that there isn't going to be much interest in them outside of the United States? Not that there aren't followers of American football outside of the sport's homeland, but I doubt there's enormous numbers of them who also happen to be Transformers fans.

I think they're doing all thirty-two teams. These are just the first four announced.
I hope these are really small if that's the case.

If not, not only will *I* not be getting most of them (I'd probably only do one or two, anyway), but I doubt Hasbro will ever get around to completing the project.

UPDATE: Ahhh, Deluxes at $25. That's it. We're never going to see more than a dozen of these get made.

Amazon has them at $25 which seems to suggest Deluxe size?
That would perfectly scale them to the current NFL mini helmet collectables.

The ones we've seen so far all seem to have the same transformation, with only variant heads (2 kinds between the 4?) and colors/decos. If they're looking at reusing these same molds/designs more times, there's probably a lot of cost recovery built in.
Plus, there's a lot of football memorabilia shops out there that currently don't order Transformers that probably will order these to have on shelves. They may not be the biggest seller in Transformers history, but I would imagine Hasbro won't get hurt on them?

I've little doubt that Hasbro can turn a profit on what's been announced. I'm less confident they can do so enough to warrant doing the whole NFL.
