BotCon '25! Check out our new OFFICIAL branding going forward. This will be the logo on all things BotCon for the foreseeable future. The perfect mix of "vintage" and "modern"!

Also note, ARTISTS! You can now register along with Vendors starting TODAY. https://www.botcon.com/dealer-registration/ We have a dedicated Artists Alley planned for 2025 which will be featured at the front of the MAIN hall! All booths will include pipe and draping with additional options for personalized booth features. Hotel reservations will be up early next month so stay tuned for that as well.

Red Bumblebee has a name.

Well it's no Beet-Papil Insecticon, but welcome to Transformers Ladybug.

Cliffjumper has always been a fave of mine, and I kinda hated how he became "Bumblebee but red" for a while.
So I'm all for giving actual Red Bumblebee an identity if only to avoid such buffoonery in the future

Kinda shocked they didn't run with Stinger, but I guess AoE isn't exactly a moment in the franchise they wanna spotlight

Ladybug is really clever though. Gives us another girl (an area the franchise still has catching up to do), and it's consistent with Bumblebee's naming. He's a minibot who turns into a yellow Bug... he's a Bumblebee. She's a minibot who turns into a red Bug... she's a Ladybug. It works really well.

So she's a winner in my book. Generations Ladybug from the Netflix VW Bumblebee mould please and thank you, John Hasbro.

It also fits with the type of car she is in that the VW Beetle is called "Coccinelle", which is French for "Ladybug", in France, French-speaking Belgium and Switzerland, Algeria, Quebec, and Haiti.

I....might actually spring for these. Aside from those pin from 2024, I never bothered with show exclusives. From either Botcon or TFcon.

I have the two-pack from last year and the figures are pretty neat. Roughly Deluxe Class-sized. They're the only two Yolopark AMK Mini figures I own.

I will be trying to get these two Volkswagen figures.

Dan Gilvezan, the voice of G1 Bumblebee, Spider-Man from Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, and Slip Stream from G.I. Joe, will appear at BotCon ‘25 in Fort Wayne, Indiana June 13-15.

Dan made his first-ever convention appearance at BotCon 2004, so it's going to be great welcoming him to the city where BotCon all began!

Hello all!

We are two months out from BotCon '25 in Fort Wayne, Indiana June 13th-15th.

Thursday, June 12th will be for pre-registrants ONLY. You can register for your Premium+, Premium, and/or Weekend Package right now!

SPECIAL GUESTS!

Our first two guests will be none other than G1 legends Dan Gilvezan (Bumblebee) and Michael Bell (Prowl, Sideswipe, Swoop). Both will be on hand all weekend for autographs and pictures. Pricing will be on the website later this month.
