Silly Wonko, APC are for actually oppressing the groups they don't like if things go south. It's an investment, you see. A cybertruck is useless for both illegit(like the APCs) and legit police work. Given how much the cybertruck has become a laughing stock, it doesn't even work as a PR vehicle.

It's a bit nitpicky on that. Just like anxiety and envy aren't exactly limited to teenagers and adults. Still their depiction of anxiety is VERY close to my experiences with it, to the point where I was holding back tears in the theater during the panic attack segment.
