Ha, I love the sticker face!

Just when I thought I was going to take a break... a new variation of the 'Bee movie seeker is going to pull me back in!

I like the movie and my friends and I loved the cartoon. I worked in the AV room (the nerds that delivered the TV or overhead projector) first period for a couple years in high school and we watched it nearly every morning.

What's with the weird, AI art looking bits sprinkled throughout?

I don't feel quite so harshly, but it's not far off. I enjoyed it, and felt it moved along at a pretty decent clip. The story was cohesive and it was pretty to look at. I didn't particularly feel the 148 minute runtime. I thought ATJ did a great job personally, and I didn't have a problem...

Imo, the mold already looks more like Cliffjumper from half-way along the hood to the back; the rear end is more angular than a Beetle. I suspect they plan to just swap out the front fascia/feet and head and maybe stick a spoiler at the back.

That's true, it does still have play value. And conversion isn't onerous.

Personally I think the Bee movie Seeker design toy is a fantastic bot mode, let down only by the impossibility of its alt mode. There was just no way to make it as sleek as what we saw on screen. That being said, it's still interesting.

As much as I wish it were otherwise, the pics I could find of the character models from the movie all have him gray and purple. It's just a bummer because TC is such a lovely blue while everyone else is kinda boring.

I will say, I'm bummed Skywarp is gray and purple instead of black and purple ( even it is more screen accurate).

I would've certainly preferred his tape side paint tampo vs the speaker thing.

If you want, Texas has a website with lots of different tag designs and colors to play with. Here's one... even if he wouldn't actually need it. I'd buy this if I drove a silver Mustang. This is my actual car and license plate ;)
