Skywasp’s neck post sticks down from the head just like Kickback’s. I don’t have Kickback, so I haven’t swapped that head, but Skywasp’s pops off with enough force.
Yes, that is an inconsistency in the chart. I only split out the first two because it was a little confusing for me to have [blue Trailbreaker and blue Hoist] and [red Skids and red Crosscut] on the same line. But I should break out those others you mention, for consistency's sake.
Here's a chart I made a while ago.
The left column is the Transformer name. The following columns are the Diaclone colors and the names of the TF if it has been released on a TF mold, and what sort of mold (Classics/Generations, Masterpiece, or G1).
The only Diaclone cars that haven't made the...
I wouldn't expect recycled audio recorded 25 years ago for a children's cartoon to jive with a big budget movie from today. I embrace new-ness in the franchise. New actors voicing legacy characters is not a problem. But with all the Cullen-worship in TF media in the past decade or so, it's...
Do you know of any tutorials or pics? I think I remember someone back in the day did it. Way back when, I popped the engines out. But I could never figure out how to connect the engines to the Titan Masters securely and without hampering the arms. I pulled out all the pieces last month to give...
From Mark Maher's IG post:
How do you all interpret this? I can't stop dissecting it. To me, it sounds like the regular robot head was meant for Skywasp and by extrapolation, the mutant head is for Parasite, despite being packaged in the reverse.
Interesting that he calls it Parasite when the...
I think I get it. I didn't know the new Slicer toy is marketed as SG.
But then I have to laugh, because the next cards in the slideshow are Flamewar's, who uses the same deco for both G1 and SG.
Well, I’m keeping all my MP boxes to store the figs in. I really like the BotCon and Takara packaging, but I don’t think I’m going to have the space for it. I might see if anyone’s interested in the older stuff, as Haywire suggested. And I’ll cut out the beautiful murals from Titan Class and...
I’m moving across the county and I’m trying to weed out unneeded things. I have just about every piece of packaging from toys I purchased from 1996 onward. From Beast Wars to Cyberverse, I’ve got boxes and boxes in my attic of cardbacks and flattened boxes. I’m a terrible hoarder with this stuff...
Myself and three brothers played with them as kids. Other figures did not survive so well. Soundwave's door is broken off. Jazz's roof is crushed. I only have a leg and torso for Trailbreaker and only one wheel left for Skids. But my Constructicons are still pretty intact, minus their individual...
Just curious, I've seen at least four people here refer to G1 Devastator as "fragile." That's not an adjective that I would personally use for that toy. I still have mine from the 80s and it's fully intact and holds together well in combined mode. I just took him down from my shelf and put him...
Thanks. I’m pretty dumb with cameras, so I’m not sure what type it is. Nothing special, a few notches up from a point and click. A tripod is indispensable.
