Well, the solicitations for July are out. We do get the listings for the last ongoing issue (122) and the one-shot grand finale (Darkest Hour). ...But, instead of talking about that, I just want to point out a couple of covers from the second Godzilla/MMPR crossover that I think are neat.

Duke #5 is out! This is a satisfying enough conclusion to this miniseries. I think if you've followed along with it so far, you can kind of guess what happens. There really aren't any mind-blowing surprises here. But, it was a fun little action-packed book. This was fun, but not...

Yeah, chances are Boom's just going to be getting new #1, and probably a new creative team. They're probably just building up the hype for the reveal on that. The MMPR comics seem to still be pretty successful for Boom, so I think they'll continue on for a while yet. ...Mind, I'm still not...

I don't think so, no. So we're just going to be left to wonder for a while, I guess.

Just a heads up, Pokemon is having a few special events from April 26 to May 6. You'll get another chance to catch a Walking Wake and Iron Leaves in raids, which Gamefreak seems determined to keep these guys locked away in. And there will also be Mass Outbreaks of Pokemon with a higher chance...

And one last surprise in...well, "Surprise". This is probably going to be the last episode of Season 3. And I'm not even going to spoil it. Just letting people know it exists.

I'll admit, having the characters' names being numbers kind of bothered me...until I realized they were referencing the Japanese ID Numbers. Megatron was literally D-16, WAY back in the day. It's such a deep cut that I thought they were being lazy with their "robot names" for a second...

Cobra Commander #4 is out! This is another pretty exciting issue. We get a few twists. A few reveals. A few hints for things. It's keeping my interest. It's been a pretty solid book, so far. Hopefully, it can stick the landing with the final issue next time.
