'Killing' Bumblebee served two purposes:
1) Show how evil Starscream is shooting a defenseless Bumblebee.
2) REALLY show how evil and dick-ish Starscream is for shooting the LEAST THREATENING Autobot. I see it as even when all the Autobots are out, he's still picking on the weakest one.
For starters, TFCon don't get high on their own farts like botcon did.
Registration isn't tied to con-exclusive toys. $55 gets you in for the weekend. That's it! No extensive list of add-ons other than shirts and pins, and the customizing class. There IS a "Premium" admission that lets you...
Everyone else's facebook memories: "Here are some noteworthy events in your life!"
My facebook feed: "You posted these pictures of toys."
When the TFCC FSS G2 Starscream arrived in the mail, compaired it to a custom I comissioned years before:
And when I re-discovered a .....collection...
My Troop Builder Multipacks arrived today (ordered 2).
Was sold on the G2 Troops and Autotroopers. The Quintesson Troop and Barely-different-from-Thundercracker Seeker are deemed Surplus to Requirements. *hint-hint*
Hope we can get more G2 Troopers, a lot of the Siege line is a white and...
The Skyscorchers I got second hand need labels. The previous (who I also got Laser Prime from) never put on the included labels (same with Prime). Then there was my original G2 jazz, which I had to buy a junker with good labels and swap out the parts. It's a good thing my G2 Sideswipe's label...
YEARS ago (when they were Reprolabels) I asked for that very set.
Their response: "It's not practical."
But everything now? toy-mummification. toon-windows. guaddy, unnecessary details. stickers for every detail on a mold. priced at half-to-full price of the figure it's for. ALL TOTALLY...
I liked this episode. The jokes were natural to the world and the characters and not a super-specific meta-note from Trek continuity (Mariner's line about "A starfleet captain being taken out by 3 Orion showgirls" aside).
This episode stood on it's own legs, not propped up against something else.
Yes. this isn't BotCon. You pay admission ($55 for a weekend pass) and that's it. Any show exclusives are from the vendors themselves (Chosen Prime, A3U, etc.)
That mysterious ship could be a new menance, if this show wasn't "Lower Decks" or as I called it "Beta Canon: The SERIES!" Where everything (okay, most) is in service to dishing out references and call-outs! So it'll most likely the return of something from some random episode but now badder.
Rescued from my hoarder brother's nest masquerading as a room.
He had a things for wolves, so we would gift him wolf paraphernalia.
Been hanging on his wall for about 20 years, with Wolfang by a window.
A Wolfang re-tool bought for my brother at a BotCon thinking he'd appreciate it...
