The color of the eHobby Small Foot seems to vary a lot from picture to picture, almost certainly due to lighting, but she is orange in most pictures. Even the very bright Seibertron picture above looks yellow-orange, leaving only the BWTF picture closer to just yellow...

Both the Fun Pub and the GoBots cartoon versions are intended to be a visor/glasses over separate eyes. Indenting the eyes makes it look like a Ninja Turtles mask instead.
