Exactly. And they know they don't need to add any incentives to Swoop since everyone's going to buy him to complete the team anyway. This way, you're now encouraged to snag Marvel Grim if you want all the swords. The only question is what they might include with the inevitable toy-color Swoop...
That's kind of the point: it encourages the double dip so you can have the accessories for your other Dinobots. Conversely, I guess if you haven't bought any of the rest maybe it helps you decide to track them down.
To be fair, these are expensive because they're closer to the classic 1:18 scale. They have the smaller line too: I'll bet that will get its own E-wing.
What's strange to me about the Shockwave is the comic shading doesn't even particularly match the comic cover used in the packaging. If it did, i think I'd be a bit more interested.

Star Wars collectors have been asking for something similar but with starfighters that have gotten too expensive for regular retail price points, but wouldn't sell well at the tinier sizes.
I do wish they'd find some way to give us "conventional" Rock Lords for fun. Even if they're Bot-Bot sized (actually ESPECIALLY if they are). Just give the little Lords 5mm posts/ports so they could mount on various bigger Lords' minicon like.
