Simple build but this was not in any way designed to be painted, making some parts stupidly tight. Still did it anyway since the plastic colors were kinda bland and I prefer game sprite sccuracy to the concept art accuracy.

Today I learned that the justification that Legacy Tidal Wave doesn't have a Minicon is because Ramjet never actually showed up in the cartoon. Probably because Tidal Wave's minicon-activated gimmick is so lame.

Yeah but the version without the trailer is in cartoon colors. It's different enough.

They’ll probably have some sort of premium release with a trailer at some point, maybe in a year or so, probably as an exclusive, as to not compete with missing Link. Might even use the rumored SS Commander trailer.

Retail distribution’s gotten worse and the same toys are less expensive buying from online specialty stores around here. There is legitimately no reason to go retail as a collector aside from impulse buys.
