Yeah, he's just a great looking figure. Dunno who his remold is gonna be but its gonna have to be wild so I'm excited to see what that is.

For all the reasons people don't like his costume, I'm cool with it. Not only is the Doctor revisiting familar faces, but familiar decades. I'm a sucker for those old aesthetics.

Mindwipe's black wasn't pure black, right? ts been a while since i stared at mine but I thought it had a green/olive tinge to it?

Skyquake here is already basically movieverse Mindwipe colors. How much of a ven diagram of characters is this mold?

Were they wild enough to work in some kind of Dreadwing and Smokescreen movie mold retool?

I mean, its the movie universe. This stuff should just bounce right off us at this point. I've been impressed with all the figures we've seen so far. They're just incredible.

Honestly. Its rare to see a mold where all its decos are that engaging.

If he didn't have a nose, I'd say he's perfect as is for King Atlas or MW Starscream. Since he has one i hope a super slavish head sculpt is in the waiting. Either way, this in MW Starscream colors could easily be one of my favorite figures of the past couple years.

Its not a bad ironhide but those hinges are still a lot to take in.

Those are wonderful. That cobra hanger is phenomenal.

Its wild. Time just gets faster and faster and gauging it by toy releases surely ramps it up. I have to tell myself that when my instinct is to go "they just released that character!" when its actually been six years, or whatever. Its tough.

Also realizing that design is 12 years old is...quite something.

Also, the more i look at the original cab for optimus/sureshot, the cooler it looks. The angles, the wicked vents; its just a pretty awesome cabover for Prime. Makes me wonder if repainting this would even be worth it when they could pluck this entire design out of obscurity and do it real...
