These guys had a good idea in that metroplex comes with a clicker similar to a car Alarm remote that turns most of his lights on. The LED wiring/circuits are probably jive though. oh well, the only ones i really care about are the eyes and chest, maybe the guns and those use a different lighting...

i like the idea of the lights. Execution majorly sucks. They drain batteries insanely quickly. Put new batteries in yesterday and they were dead by this morning.

And Omega Prime is supposed to be able to hold the thing in a pose other than sticking straight up without a stand or risk toppling over.

I like it but everything about this set seems arbitrarily huge. The figures are closer to MP scale and even the Master sword is ridiculously huge, being as tall as Titan toys.

I don't mind them too much but yeah the feet are detail less planks and the legs are just plain stumpy. It's not unfitting per se but it's doesn’t go far enough to be a modern Brawn with exaggerated proportions and not G1 enough to be Studio Series. I'd probably feel worse about it if I got it...

I'm not aware of any other releases of this figure. It came as a bunch of sprues with a 3P Metroplex I ordered.

Hotshot’s transformation is kinda fiddly and he still ends up with terrible kibble and the most tenuous connection point for his shoulders. Not a fan. Brawn’s okay. Funny how he straight up cribs a 3P Brawn’s transformation which is fair enough I guess. The blue windows and whatever his helmet...

I dunno what anybody was expecting given the initial images showing Liokaiser next to the components and having like three times the mass. Also, take that back. Menasor at least has the decency of having the combiner parts turn into a trailer most of the time.

I'll bite on Tidal Wave. He makes a much better counterpart to Omega Supreme than Devastator and I like the anime colors. Not much use for the Megatron super mode parts. I'll pick up either version of the mold but not a t full price. Tidal Wave's kinda pricy but not like I'm buying much figures...

Got Powerlinx Hotshot, Deathsaurus and 3P Metroplex set to arrive in the next couple of weeks. Months on end with no arrivals then suddenly all this stuff shows up at once.
