Again, lousy customer service. Between that and me not having the time or patience to routinely check Wal-Marts and hope to find a toy that's shortpacked and likely scalper-bait already, just buying it off eBay's the easier option.

I suspect that some stores are more likely to get them than others. Higher-end areas and all that. The lousy customer service, unfortunately, appears to be universal.

Well, I give up. Not finding the toys on the shelf is one thing, but the uncooperative idiots Wal-Mart has working for their Customer Service department just took my frustration to a whole new level. It's apparently impossible for them to check for a product, even if a customer has an EAN number...

Well, my hunt had mixed results. I can safely confirm that one of my local Wal-Marts does indeed have the Velocitron collection - the clerk I spoke to said they'd just been put out today. I saw multiple Road Haulers (and bought one!), as well as one each for Blurr, Burnout and Road Rocket. No...

Amazon apparently got them all in months early. Wish that Hasbro Pulse would do the same - I ordered the Leadfoot set through them.

Fingers crossed that Clampdown doesn't end up being an eBay exclusives. I'm hearing talks of Cosmos getting sent out in full cases, but I doubt Clampdown will get that luxury.

Well, I've got four out of the five. I ordered the Leadfoot set from Hasbro Pulse, however, so I have to wait on that one. Which is a shame, but there you are.

Well, I got lucky and managed to preorder everyone that I wanted from Hasbro Pulse...except for Clampdown. I really, really hope I don't have a lot of trouble finding these guys at brick and mortar. Clampdown was the one I was most looking forward to.
