I read the original Thrawn trilogy as they came out and loved it, but I remember enough to look back now and realize that having more Star Wars was what I loved. There is some pretty dumb stuff in there.
Since this is essentially a prequel now, we know that Thrawn isn't going to succeed long. Probably beyond Season 1 and into a movie. But ultimately he will be defeated in plenty of time for Snoke to build up his org. But as I think about it, I really wonder what Thrawn or the people seeking...
I totally missed that Morgan Elsbeth was the one Ahsoka fought in Mandalorian Season 2. I just found out. I am guessing this places Ahsoka just a little after that and before Book of Boba Fett and Mandalorian Season 3. So she perhaps hasn't met Luke yet.
I hope not. Both because it would be a shame to me and because it would be ugly.
I guess I should start by saying I am glad others enjoyed this episode. That's the polite thing. I thought it was kind of tedious and then the thing Ahsoka did outside was kind over the top.
400 AU. A tiny fraction of a light year. It is about 8 times as far as Pluto is from us. If checking out a new anomaly there isn't worth a trip, you don't need a starship at all.
These issues are also where "Her 5 Year Mission" always breaks down under scrutiny. 40 Eridani is really close...
I am willing to say what you want, within reason. I went back to the episode in question to see what they said and it is complicated. In the cold open, Nurse Chapel says they are on their way to "The Vulcan system" to "survey the moon of Kirkov on the far side of the sector". It isn't clear...
It was my turn to move the goal posts. The DS9 1st season ship wasn’t shown, but they hailed them and a stiff Vulcan captain spoke in front of a very Vulcan backdrop that definitely wasn’t an old Starfleet ship. But maybe VSA just has 10 ships or something.
What the pocketverse said wasn’t...
Humans didn't build Isaac and his planet. They were built long ago by someone else. Star Trek likewise found a few intelligent robots built by someone else.
It wouldn't be their invention. They had it in the non-canon Pocket-verse. And a Vulcan science vessel on its way back from studying the Gamma quadrant appeared in a 1st season DS9 episode. It doesn't make much sense to me if they don't. The Federation is more like the UN or NATO than the...
