Try putting it (in either form, rideable or ridable.) into the synonym dictionary. I went to three and got nothing but 404's for my trouble.

Depends entirely on who you ask. Also: I went ahead and broke out the synonym dictionary... but most of them don't even recognize "rideable" as a word, and consequently I (at least.) am incapable of coming up with a phrasing that won't make 13 year olds giggle.
