Interesting choice for her.
I've kinda always wanted to see that mold done up as RiD Prime, with Limbs representing the Car Bros and maybe a spy changer, probablt Ironhide.
As I said, it feels like they wanted to wrap everything up in case they didn't get a second season. If we ended here, there are no real loose threads, no lingering threat. But there is a lot that can be done.
I feel like Springer for RID Drfit doesn't work, since that Springer was never a triple changer.
Also, I feel like Axer should be an actual car, and not a... whatever that Orion Pax is. I'd rather a Jazz or Prowl remold.
I mean I feel like they're only doing this so they can have a show on air to promote the new movie, kinda, due to the writer's strike so they did this as quickly and cheaply as possible.
I feel like they're leaving that to be explored if they get a second season.
Personally I didn't like the ending, it just goes from 'oh jive' to instantly fixed there is almost no time to let what happened really sink in before its just auto magically undone.
I dont know if its due to my autism or what, but I can't do subs becuase my mind can either focus on trying to read what's being said, or whats going on screen. So I'll end up spending over an hour watching a 22 minute show, as I keep having to replay stuff to make sure I didnt miss anything.
Doesn't mean you can't have beaches. I used to live in Colorado, and still managed to go to the beach due to a man made one they have near a lake where I was.
One of my biggest issue with Prime's characters, is the Autobots as a whole. They work too well together. Yes, you get occasional outbursts from Doc Grumpy, or occasional PTSD from Arcee; but largely they're just the getalong gang; there's no real inner conflict with the team, like you see in BW...
The thing about regular core Volcanicus is how Snarl stick out due to all the extra red on him, I think this shows that a varied color scheme works better on these molds and that Dinoking will probably look rather good.
I'd add Bumblebeep and Soundwave to the list of exceptions, personally. Though Prime does give me some of my favorite Decepticons; Knockout, Breakdown, Dreadwing, Airachnid (Hasbro, give us a Legacy leader class Airachnid, you cowards).
Too bad Prime wastes all its time trying to make every moment seem as epic as epically possible to the point its bland and boring as hug until Smokescreen shows up.
I always felt Armada started to get good around the 13 episode mark, once the Star Sabre is completed. The stuff before that was mostly world building, but after that we started getting the threads of on going plot.
