My biggest weakness with sensory overload is crowded gatherings, where there's multiple convos at once, and it feels rude to stare at my phone too much or step away for long. I'm ok if I can move/get to a quieter area, or if I have something I can focus on.

Yeah, it's normal to feel that way when everything piles on at once. Are you in an apartment? Call management at least once a day. If they can't fix it soon, ask if they can put you up in another room for the meantime, or lower the rent.

Some of the Terastallization raids are tough matchups. I was fighting a high star Flying type with a Water Tera power or something like that. Grass cat's moves were good against the Tera power, but the mon's Flying attacks were good against my cat. Didn't have much else in my boxes that was high...

Another option you could try would be a bead reamer or circular file to get inside the foot hole and file off the dried glue. I wouldn't recommend this if the foot is delicate. It doesn't take much force to use these reamers so you need to be careful.
