So, why did they make Skywarp primarily light gray instead of black or dark black-ish gray? It makes him look less Skywarp-y and more like this redeco of Prime Starscream:

The City in the Sky always struck me as some sort of artificial construct actually built by someone, what with all its propeller-based technology seemingly keeping it aloft in the sky, rather than a natural chunk of earth magically raised into the air like Skyloft was.

There could be some overlap there, with the hand being Xaaron's and the red bit being a piece of kibble from Flame.
