Heh, it doesn't help that, in the Masterforce cartoon, Black Zarak was only a little taller than God Ginrai, much smaller than when he was Scorponok.

The shrinking was really noticeable around the main Prime line. Compare First Edition Optimus Prime to his PRID counterpart. Both Voyagers of the same character, with a distinct difference in height.

I find it funny how the Commandos are drawn accurate to their Hasbro toys (decos that have never been used in any fiction before now) all because of their leader using his Hasbro name of "Scourge". And it makes them the only 1980s G1 toy molds in a crowd of modern-day Generations-style molds.
