    It's one of the drawbacks to recolouring dark coloured base images, it gets a bit metallic looking unless I spend time redoing some of the shading, which I rarely do as I'm kind of lazy.

    And back to the What-if Stunticons. Dead end was a Porsche 928, and like Wildrider and Motormaster, it lacked a particularly iconic racing deco, but what it did have was an appearance in Risky Business, getting dumped into Lake Michigan that was out around the time they were in the works.

    Beast machines is a good series, but a poor sequel to what came before it and that is what it was sold as. The toyline being rather a trainwreck doesn't help, a mess of weird scale, innacurate designs and a massive overuse of clear plastic that didn't in any way fit with the matte finish...
