    Ahsoka - streaming on Disney+

Not on-camera, but I'm pretty sure that the novels establish that Thrawn figures out Vader's Anakin identity, but also that Vader clearly doesn't want people to know, so he doesn't say anything about it. I don't know that he'd know about Vader/Anakin's connection to Ahsoka, though.

    Star Trek General Discussion

Originally posted in another thread, but it seems more appropriate to the discussion here. Well, I guess I can say that was the least offensive one of the three thus far, but this is really NOT the kind of humor I appreciate, and it utterly fails to honor TAS (the supposed intention), IMHO.

The Twit destroying Twitter is a Twaitor

Again, if you want people to see your stuff, you put your stuff where the people are already there to see it. Not in a place where people have to go out of their way to look for it.

The Twit destroying Twitter is a Twaitor

Agreeing with the desire to see people abandon Twitter, but there's a reason artists don't just use "a real freaking art gallery site instead." They want people who don't normally go to "real freaking art gallery sites" to actually see their art!

Gotta Catch 'Em All! - Pokémon Thread

I was starting to think this thread was Switch-specific, and I'd made a mistake by following it. I only play Go, myself.

    Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

I definitely think this one crossed a line for me. It stopped being funny the minute the transporter accident happened the way it did.

    Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

Official, yes. Canonical, absolutely not. They're on record saying that Very Short Treks are "anything but canon."

    Star Trek Lower Decks

Certainly each season's "poster" has been an homage to the relevant-numbered Trek film's poster, so I certainly wouldn't rule it out.

Hasbro PulseCon 2023, Hosted by Dan Larson & Thew Adams

If that's the standard, then I'd say OS was too large, too. Bottom line, bigger is not always better, and Devastator shouldn't be larger than other combiners. If we want to do a remake, we at least now have Menasor to match to, so a larger Devastator can make some sense, but that does add...

Hasbro PulseCon 2023, Hosted by Dan Larson & Thew Adams

I'd say the timing may well be right for a new Devastator, but still believe that most of the engineering issues in the CW version would have been solved simply by not making the thing so much larger than all other CW combiners. It was too big, and the excuses they gave for making it big were...

Star Trek: The Original Series and The Next Generation

David Ogden Stiers is a treasure, with a LONG resume.

Yeah, they bent over backwards to make this captain "not Kirk or Pike." Also, it's very definitely not in any continuity we've seen before.

    Transformers Hall of Fame 2023

The color schemes of most Nemesis Primes since RiD Scourge show clear RiD Scourge influence in a way that cannot be said of pre-RiD Scourge black Primes.

    Transformers Hall of Fame 2023

It's a fallacy to conflate being the first to do something with having impact (another form of "correlation does not equal causation"). Scourge had undeniably more impact than his predecessors. (Vote for Kelly, anyway!) ;)

    Transformers Hall of Fame 2023

I gave up making these banners years ago (the Hall of Fame really just isn't what it once was), but this old one is relevant.

I did my part. I voted for Kelly.

Star Trek: The Original Series and The Next Generation

Recognizing that novels aren't canon (and, indeed, the novels in question are even less canon now than they used to be) I like the idea that Worf adopted Spot after Data's passing.
