Honestly the biggest sign Hasbro has no idea what to do with Power Rangers is the (now former) executive producer for the series saying that the series needs to move past its tokusatsu roots in order to become a mainstream franchise.
You get rid of the tokusatsu from Power Rangers then you...
The only thing Hasbro knows what to do with Power Rangers is the same thing that Bandai America knew what to do and what Playmates Toys is gonna do when they start selling PR toys next year: MORE ******* MMPR.
I think the only collector-aimed mecha figure I own (outside of my few MP Transformers) is one of Yamato's original 1/60 scale VF-1 Valkyrie figures from like...2001-2002.
It's fine? I mean I paid like $120 for it and I knew going in about the figures shortcomings (it fuckin partsforms,: you...
Hasbro spent like $500 million to buy Power Rangers and now they've literally given up the damn toy license to another company.
I miss Bandai America and Bandai America sucked ******* ass.

Transformers fans: Jetfire is one of the most fragile G1 Transformers toys.
Macross fans: The 1/55 Valk is the most durable toy EVER made!!!
Me: OK but y'all are talking about the same toy here, you know that right?
I got a KO of the old 1/55 Takatoku Valkyrie for like $30 on Amazon recently. It's all plastic and the company who makes it (HappyWell IIRC) has been making these KOs since the mid-2000s (I think their earliest ones had diecast still) but it's honestly totally fine.
Like it's got all the same...
The issue I have with combiners is that you never find all the components at retail anyways.
I never saw anyone past Grimlock at any stores and yeah I know 'just order online' but it's the damn principle of the thing, y'know?
I kinda wanna know how Macy's calculates their toy discounts.
Both Core Grimlock and Bomb-Burst had stickers saying they were $9.99, the Toys R Us section at Macy's was just full of signs advertising different discounts of like 20%, 25%, 30%, 40%, 50% off with nothing really saying what was...
I didn't film it because I didn't wanna be weird but I was walking to Wendy's earlier today and some car was playing Gangnam Style and there was a red light and the passenger literally got out of the car and started doing the dance for like 15 seconds before getting back in.
