It's not what I see for whatever reason, but those are still the sale prices. (I see the whole series for $79.44 on Amazon US.) Non-sale for each volume is between $20 and $30, though, so that seems pretty good.
Yeah, they've been around this for a while, but altogether... well, it's curious.
