Amazon Japan is putting him as the first week in November. So he probably has the last Saturday in October release date.

I now have both halves of Waruder Evol-Giganter in hand, and it is so good. It has also drawn blood, its swords have some nasty sharp edges. It's not quite Fulldrillized Gurren Lagann dangerous, but you definitely want to be careful with this one.
