So Florida wants to set up camps to concentrate all the homeless into one area, huh? I can't think of any historical precedents that might give a clue as to how this could end.
Star trek was kind in that the bell riots happened in "sanctuary districts", no republican would had over any kind of developed property to people in need. These homeless concentration camps will be gator feeding stations and nothing more.
