You should probably get that looked at.
Kup’s awful face is so bad that he’s never seeing my shelf.

The rest of the figure looks like the movie, but the face looks like they were going for Spotlight Kup. And missed that that design is supposed to look like he's had seven levels of hell beaten out of him.
Still better than Cyclonus' face.
It really isn’t. Cyclonus isn’t great mind you but it has a neutral expression with a poor sculpt. Kup has a weird expression with a poor sculpt
I hope whoever did those faces finds his calling in life because this isn't it.

IIRC, it’s difficult to do faces on CAD software.
It doesn’t help that most designers are trained as engineers and not artists.

maybe don't do it in cad then, hire a sculptor and then scan that jive
I'm sure the international corporation values the input of armchair toy designers.
Especially since most of the designers seem to do decent to good work on faces with CAD regardless. It's just a learning curve to get over and i don't doubt that they'd have somebody more experienced revise the sculpt if they had the time to do so.

The voyager version was better tbh
