Saw the Monster Treads Bumblebee at TJMaxx the other weekend, the wheels light up as they turn. Meh.

Got Bravo Class Optimus Primal, it's surprisingly good (especially once you wash it to de-floppify the joints).

The Soundwave (and I'm assuming Optimus Primal, although I didn't see him personally) Titan Changers are showing up at Dollar General as part of their big holiday toy reset.

Oh yeah, the Cybertron Battlers are also showing up at DG, in case you missed them last year at Five Below.

Finally saw the Cybertron Battlers non-transforming figures at Dollar General for $5. Not worth that price. More of a chew toy, except the weapon hands might come off if you let a small child chew on them.

A new Authentics toy...and it's NOT one the same half dozen characters? BLASPHEMY!
Chefatron got his hands on a new Bravo (aka, the big ones) Class Authentic Mirage figure. Sporting an F1 sports car mode, the figure transforms into our first look of his Evergreen robot design.
Also notable is that the packaging features the same info/detail icons we first saw on The Fallen's packaging. This new packaging style will probably apply to all "new for 2025" products.

And because I don't know where else to put these and don't know if many will care any more about these than Authentics, in general, here are Hydropods.

Hydropods are a new Gacha/Surprise product that Hasbro is introducing to its IP range. In addition to Transformers, there will reportedly be Marvel and Star Wars offerings

Those are so bizarre, but I kind of love them? Something about the heads floating in water tanks mounted into robot suits just hits in a very 1950's B-movie monster way that I find very appealing.

The Hydropods are weird, and probably priced higher than I want to spend for a novelty.

That said, if they somehow do a Helsingard and a Minion (the Megamind one, not the Despicable ones), I'm in!

Two thoughts on these:

1) They are totally missing the boat if they don't do a Straxus. A character who canonically spent a good portion of time as a head in a jar of goo.

2) I just now realized how these work after taking another look at the packaging. When you knock off the target/plug at the top, the water....evacuates out of the robots bottoms, dropping down the head. So not only do their heads disappear, but they also wet themselves.
