Chris Allan-styled Turtles might be too much for me to resist.

I really want that wrestling Raph, but he's really the only one and I just can't pull the trigger on paying that much for a box set when I only want the one.

This was my Target haul yesterday.

I honestly didn't know they were doing a re-release for Rat King.

NECA comparison. Definitely like the NECA version more, but it's nice to have another Rat King.

I should probably post this in MotU since it is Teela, but my MotU fan feelings are kinda at a low point at the moment And this being Turtles of Grayskull is my in for this thread. I was going to pass on this one, but I do like Teela and it was just the right shade aquamarine.

Just getting around to watching the new series, and so far, I am rather meh on it. But then I was also kinda meh on Mutant Mayhem. This is probably my least favorite iteration of the franchise.

I can't believe they're still making content for this. This is awesome!
The product page on Steam does point out it's the final update to the game, though.

A powerhouse duo teams up with the Turtles for another bodacious ride!
In this final content update for Shredder’s Revenge, your favorite ninja team are joined by two legendary characters from the classic 1987 TV show, Mondo Gecko and Mona Lisa, for their playable debut in a beat-em-up video game and a long-awaited reunion with the gang.

Well, I already got them for PS5 last night. I'm probably going to get them for Switch as well after I'm done leveling them up here.

Mondo Gecko has a nice thing where you can bounce off an enemy's head and just bounce between several enemies bonking them on the head. But Mona is definitely my favorite here. She's just so perpetually happy!

Further on this: I am confused to if these ae actual events, or fictional stories. As they are bookended with being told like stories, but the second arc references the first one.

I do think the second arc is better the the first, I just don't care for Bishop and her backstory is just... really weakass justification for disliking mutants. But the East River Three have a pretty good backstory and justification for their actions; and some actually interested and fun characters, like the "junkion" Sea Anemones. I also do now have kinda a crush on Lee the Eel, best new character imo. Just this kinda adorkable punk; however the same episode has Genghis trying to eat a cat and that is... poorly timed. This was made months ago, so they couldn't predicted it, but every time it gets brought up all I can think of is political memes... I also really hate the "we couldnt afford Jackie Chan for this" reason to make Splinter talk gibberish. Another reason the second arc is better, imo.

I read it. It was like getting dropped in the middle of a plot, having a huge exposition dump and then time stuff happens. That felt very scattered. I hope the next issue is more coherent.
